What is our onboarding process?
Simply open a new trading account with primexbt, verify, open an MT5 account, fund with at least $6 then contact us for your registration code.
Can I use other brokers?
Unfortunately not, this is not supposed to be free but we have partnered with Avatrade to bring it to you for free so any other broker would need to be our partner first else you have to pay for it.
Tell me about your cancellation policy.
There are no strings attached, you are 100% in control of your trading account and funds, you choose to run the bot or to switch it off. Giving you the power to cancel whatever you want to.
How is the billing handled?
There’s no billing, we handle the VPS hosting fees to keep the Bot connected and running on your Mt5 trading account, we handle the bills of keeping you connected.
Can I trade other instruments except indices?
Yes you can but we strongly recommend indices because through our hard work over the years we have found Nasdaq and other indices to always out perform other instruments in the long run.
